"Heartbreak to Hope" shows how the people of the greater Lehigh Valley perform extraordinary acts in the face of emergencies -- down the street, across the country, and around the world. Every day, 365 days a year, people in our community turn heartbreak into hope by providing a hot meal to a disaster victim, training in CPR or helping members of our military.
