Changes to Board of Directors

The American Red Cross of the Greater Lehigh Valley announced the election of Dennis Urban, senior director of rates and regulatory affairs at PPL Electric Utilities Corporation, to a three-year board term. Also elected was Allentown Central Catholic High School junior Kelsey Fenstermacher of Kutztown to a one-year term as youth board representative. Both elections were effective July 1, 2011.

In addition, the agency ratified the board's election of Victoria Lozano, vice president of marketing at Crayola, to a three-year board term, effective January 2011.

The following individuals were re-elected to a second, three-year board term: Ken MacKenzie, associate vice president of investments at Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc.; Michael Mickey, President/CEO of Mahoning Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center; and Nila Patel, assistant vice president at Wells Fargo.

Parkland High School junior Abbigail Walsh of Slatington was re-elected to a second, one-year term as youth board representative.

The American Red Cross of the Greater Lehigh Valley serves residents of Carbon, Lehigh and Northampton counties.
