The American Red Cross 16th Annual Lehigh River Relay Run has been rescheduled to Sunday, Sept. 24, and moved to Lehigh Parkway in Allentown. The race, originally scheduled for July 16, was postponed due to extensive flood damage along the Canal Towpath.
