Legal and Financial Issues Focus of Red Cross Family Caregiving Presentation on Feb. 23

The American Red Cross of the Greater Lehigh Valley will present “Family Caregiving: Legal and Financial Issues” on Wednesday, Feb. 23, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The program will be hosted by and held at New England Financial, 1605 Valley Center Parkway, Suite 180, Bethlehem.

The purpose of the presentation is to inform caregivers about legal and financial issues that affect them and the loved one for whom they care. Participants will learn about the legal issues surrounding caring for someone and planning his or her health care and financial issues such as insurance information and budgeting.

The American Red Cross of the Greater Lehigh Valley serves more than 660,000 residents in Lehigh, Northampton and Carbon counties. Last year the Red Cross provided health and safety education training and emergency relief services to more than 20,000 Greater Lehigh Valley residents.
