The American Red Cross of the Greater Lehigh Valley recently formed a partnership with PenTeleData to host its Web site at www.redcrosslv.org.
The Red Cross Web site includes a variety of features, such as an online volunteer registration form, donation form, registration forms for health and safety courses, as well as information about American Red Cross programs and services.
"We're pleased to have PenTeleData host our site," said John Hughes, executive director of the American Red Cross of the Greater Lehigh Valley. "It's especially nice to be working with a local firm with headquarters in Carbon County, which has recently become part of our service area."
Founded in 1994, PenTeleData is headquartered in Palmerton, Pa., and is Pennsylvania's largest provider of Internet service and data connectivity. PenTeleData is a Technology and Internet service firm catering to home, business, education, health care and government customers throughout the greater Pennsylvania and New Jersey regions. The firm offers a variety of computer and Internet services, including Internet access, Wireless Networking, Integration Services, and Data and Security Services.
The American Red Cross of the Greater Lehigh Valley serves more than 660,000 residents in Carbon, Lehigh and Northampton counties. Last year the Red Cross provided health and safety education training and emergency relief services to nearly 20,000 greater Lehigh Valley residents.
