 | Local Disaster Relief Your local Red Cross chapter is committed to meeting the humanitarian needs of people in Lehigh, Northampton and Carbon counties 365 days a year. Our volunteers help those affected by disaster by providing food, clothing and shelter, as well as mental health support and financial assistance. The Greater Lehigh Valley Red Cross responded to 137 disasters and provided assistance to 771 people last fiscal year (July 2006-June 2007).
 | National Disaster Relief Fund You can help the victims of thousands of disasters across the country each year by making a financial gift to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund, which enables the Red Cross to provide shelter, food, counseling and other assistance to victims of disaster. The American Red Cross honors donor intent. If you wish to designate your donation to a specific disaster, please do so at the time of your donation. |
 | International Disaster Relief You can help those affected by countless crises around the world each year by making a financial gift to the American Red Cross International Response Fund, which will provide immediate relief and long-term support through supplies, technical assistance and other assistance to help those in need. |
