The American Red Cross of the Greater Lehigh Valley holds two major fund-raising events that aim to create a greater awareness of and support for its programs and services. Awards Celebration and Annual Meeting – June 26, 2008 Join us as we recognize local individuals, volunteers, businesses and organizations that have provided significant, ongoing support to our chapter. This year’s event will be held at the Banana Factory, 25 W. 26th Annual Red Cross Charity Golf Tournament - July 28, 2008 
We've changed the month, but not the location! Mark your calendar for the 26th Annual Red
Cross Charity Golf Tournament to be held July 28, 2008, at beautiful Brookside Country Club.
Join us for 18 holes of golf with cart, driving range, continental breakfast, snacks, beverages, lunch and prizes. Shotgun scramble at 9 a.m.
Look to the sky for the spectacular helicopter ball drop following the tournament.
The Haffner-Trinkle Foundation, Morgan Stanley, The Haddad Group and The Gehman-Yanders Group in Allentown return as our tournament's classic sponsors. The event will include a brief annual meeting followed by an awards presentation. Awards include: The Good Neighbor, Clara Barton Award for Volunteer Service, The Exceptional Partnership Award, The Spirit of Excellence Award and Workplace Recognition Awards.
A big THANK YOU to everyone who made this year's Cabaret & Cuisine the most successful ever!
Did we have fun, or what? From the hula dancing to the craziest sunglasses contest to the limbo,
everyone was groovin' to the sounds of Margarita Ville. Special thanks to our fabulous honorary
chairman Joe Brake of Coca-Cola who really knew how to get the crowd on its feet. We applaud our
food, dessert and beverage vendors for an array of foods and drinks to satisfy our more than 250
guests. Congratulations and thank you to our guests who went home with trips, jewelry, sports
memorabilia, paintings and gift certificates from our silent and live auctions. We hope you
had as much fun as we did! See you next year!
